The Ontario Student Transcript is the official record of the credits a student has achieved throughout their secondary school career in the province of Ontario. Transcripts are required for college/university application and when transferring or re-admittance to schools.
All school boards in Ontario are mandated to maintain the Ontario Student Records, which includes keeping copies for a minimum of 55 years after the student has left the school. Student records are confidential and transcripts are only issued upon the request of the student (for students over 18) or parent/guardians.
To obtain a transcript, contact the last high school the student attended.
